Stainless steel trim which fits to the top of the sliding door guide area, as you step into the rear cargo area of a 68-79 Baywindow Bus. These fit the Right side, so either LHD models with the door on the Right, or twin sliders, but only for the Right side. 

Can either be polished for a nice shiny finish, or painted.
