This is the nylon guide block on the rear sliding door hinge on all bay windows 68-79.

Top quality product. They are always worn and when they allow sideways movement the wheel jams. 

This is for the LEFT side, usually on RHD vehicles. Also fits LHD as long as the sliding door is on the left hand side.
